2

Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine 2 cups shredded cabbage, 1 cup shredded carrots, and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Add 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, and salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

3

Onion Rings

Slice onions into rings and soak in cold water for 30 minutes. In a bowl, combine 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Dip each onion ring into the batter and fry in hot oil at 375°F (190°C) for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
