Method
Preparation
Marinate the Seafood
In a large mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, Cajun seasoning, minced garlic, grated ginger, lemon juice, sesame oil, and chili flakes. Add shrimp, crawfish tails, king crab legs, and scallops to the marinade, ensuring all seafood is well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Prepare the Noodles
While the seafood is marinating, cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
Cooking
Cook the Seafood
In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated seafood and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until shrimp are pink and opaque, and scallops are cooked through.
Combine with Noodles
Add the cooked rice noodles to the skillet and toss everything together, ensuring the noodles are well mixed with the seafood and vegetables. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat through.
Serving
Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, and garnish with chopped green onions and fresh cilantro. Serve hot and enjoy your Oishii Ocean dish!
