1

Prepare the Steaks

Preheat your grill to high heat. Season the filet mignon steaks on both sides with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

2

Drizzle olive oil on the grill grates. Place the seasoned filets on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness. Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Spicy Vindaloo Crab Curry Preparation

3

Sauté Onions and Ginger

In a pan over medium heat, add a little oil and sauté the diced onion until translucent. Add the minced ginger and cook for an additional minute.

4

Add Vindaloo Paste and Crab

Stir in the vindaloo paste and cook for another minute. Then, add the crab meat and stir gently to coat.

5

Add Coconut Milk and Simmer

Pour in the coconut milk and lime juice. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

6

Finish with Coriander

Remove from heat and stir in the chopped coriander. Set aside and keep warm.

Sautéed Mushroom and Radicchio Preparation

7

Sauté Mushrooms

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes.

8

Add Radicchio and Garlic

Add the minced garlic and chopped radicchio to the skillet. Season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for an additional 3-5 minutes until the radicchio is wilted.
