Method

Prepare the Baby Back Ribs

1

Season the Ribs

Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the baby back ribs with brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Place them on a baking sheet and cover with foil.

2

Bake the Ribs

Bake the ribs in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until tender. Remove the foil and brush with BBQ sauce. Bake for an additional 30 minutes uncovered.

Prepare the Chicken Tenders

3

Dredge the Chicken

Set up a dredging station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls. Season the flour with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.

4

Fry the Chicken

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken tenders in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
