Method
Mixing
Chill glass
Place a rocks glass in the freezer or fill it with ice water to chill while you prepare the cocktail.
Combine ingredients
In a mixing glass, add 1.5 oz Don Julio Añejo, 0.75 oz Carpano Antica, 0.5 oz Graham's 10 Year Tawny Port, 0.5 oz Amaro Averna, 0.25 oz Frangelico, and 2 dashes Angostura bitters.
Serve & Garnish
Prepare glass
Discard the chilling ice water from the rocks glass (if used) and add a single large ice cube or fresh ice to the glass.
Strain
Double-strain the stirred cocktail into the chilled rocks glass over the large ice cube to remove any small shards of ice.
Garnish and finish
Express the oils from an orange twist over the surface by holding it skin-side down and giving it a firm pinch, then rub the rim of the glass with the twist and drop it into the drink. Serve immediately.
