Wine Ingredients

Method

Wine Making Process

1

Prepare the Grapes

Crush the Pinot Grigio grapes in a clean fermentation vessel to release their juice.

2

Add Water

Add 1 litre of water to the crushed grapes to dilute the juice.

3

Add Sugar and Acid

Stir in the sugar and acid blend until fully dissolved.

4

Add Yeast

Sprinkle the yeast over the mixture and stir gently to incorporate.

5

Campden Tablets

Crush the Campden tablets and add to the mixture to prevent spoilage. Let the mixture sit for 24 hours.

6

Fermentation

After 24 hours, cover the fermentation vessel with an airlock and allow the mixture to ferment for about 1-2 weeks, or until fermentation has slowed.

7

Racking

Siphon the wine off the sediment into a clean vessel, leaving the sediment behind.

8

Bottle the Wine

Once the wine has cleared, bottle it in sanitized wine bottles and cork them.

9

Aging

Let the wine age for at least 6 months before tasting for the best flavor.
