Preparation

1

Prepare the Lobster

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the lobster tails and cook for 8-10 minutes until bright red and cooked through. Remove and let cool, then chill in the refrigerator.

2

Prepare the King Crab

If using frozen king crab legs, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight. If pre-cooked, simply chill in the refrigerator before serving.

3

Prepare the Oysters

Shuck the oysters and clean them thoroughly. Keep them on ice until ready to serve.

4

Prepare the Cocktail Shrimp

Boil shrimp in salted water for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and place in an ice bath to stop cooking. Chill in the refrigerator.

5

Plate the Tower

On a large serving platter, arrange the chilled lobster tails, king crab legs, oysters, and cocktail shrimp. Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh parsley. Serve with cocktail sauce on the side.
