Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Carefully hand-pick the Macabeo, Xarel·lo, and Parellada grapes from the vineyard, ensuring that only the best quality grapes are selected for the wine.

Harvesting the Grapes

Once harvested, crush the grapes gently to extract the juice. This can be done using a traditional wine press or modern equipment. Separate the juice from the skins and seeds.

Transfer the extracted grape juice into fermentation tanks. Add the yeast to the juice and allow it to ferment at controlled temperatures for approximately 15-20 days.

Once fermentation is complete, add sugar and sulfites to stabilize the wine. Stir well to ensure even distribution.

Bottle the wine and seal it with corks. Allow it to undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle for a minimum of 12 months.

Secondary Fermentation

After aging, the bottles should be riddled to collect sediment in the neck of the bottle. Once settled, the neck is frozen and the sediment is removed (disgorging).

Top off the bottles with additional wine to replace the volume lost during disgorging. Seal with corks and label the bottles for sale.
