Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Carefully hand-pick ripe Chardonnay grapes from the Côte des Blancs vineyard, ensuring only the best quality grapes are selected for fermentation.

Harvesting the Grapes

Crush the harvested grapes gently to extract the juice. Use a wine press to separate the juice from the skins, seeds, and pulp.

Combine the filtered water with the extracted juice in a fermentation vessel. Ensure that the mixture is at the right temperature for yeast activation (around 20°C).

Juice Preparation

Sprinkle the yeast evenly over the juice mixture and gently stir to combine. Allow the mixture to sit for 30 minutes to activate the yeast.

Cover the fermentation vessel with an airlock and let the mixture ferment at a controlled temperature for 10-14 days until bubbling stops.

Introduce malolactic bacteria to the fermented juice to soften the acidity, allowing the wine to develop a richer flavor profile.

After malolactic fermentation is complete, siphon the wine off the sediment into a clean vessel for aging.

Before bottling, add sugar and sulfites to the wine to balance flavors and preserve it.

Carefully bottle the wine, ensuring that bottles are sealed properly to maintain carbonation during secondary fermentation.

Store the bottles in a cool, dark place for at least 12 months to allow the wine to mature.
