Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

GOLDEN EMBERS

Wash and slice the fresh strawberries. Place them in a bowl and sprinkle with sugar. Let them sit for about 10 minutes to release their juices.

Prepare the Strawberries

In a separate glass, add the fresh mint leaves. Using a muddler or the back of a spoon, gently press the mint leaves to release their oils. Be careful not to tear them into small pieces.

Muddle Mint Leaves

In a large pitcher, combine the sliced strawberries (with their juices) and the muddled mint leaves.

Combine Ingredients

Pour the entire bottle of Domaine Franck Besson 'Rose Granit' wine into the pitcher. Stir gently to combine the flavors.

Add Wine

Pour in the sparkling water to add a refreshing fizz, stirring gently to mix.

Add Sparkling Water

Fill glasses with ice cubes. Pour the wine mixture over the ice and garnish with additional mint leaves and whole strawberries if desired. Enjoy your refreshing drink!
