Build & Stir

Chill glass
If desired, chill a rocks glass or coupe by filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail. Set aside.

In a mixing glass or shaker filled halfway with ice, combine gin, sweet vermouth, and Campari (1 oz each).

Stir the three spirits gently for about 20–30 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted (aim for a glossy, cold mixture).
Assemble

Strain the stirred gin, vermouth, and Campari over the ice in the glass.

Top gently with 2 oz chilled Prosecco, pouring slowly to preserve some effervescence and create a layered look.
