Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Champagne, FR PINOT NOIR, CHARDONNAY, PINOT BLANC

Pick the Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc grapes from the vineyard when they are fully ripe and at optimal sugar levels.

Harvesting the Grapes

Gently press the grapes to extract the juice. Do this separately for each grape variety to maintain their unique characteristics.

Pressing the Grapes

Combine the juice from the different grape varieties in a fermentation vessel. Add the sugar and yeast. Allow the mixture to ferment at a controlled temperature for 2-4 weeks until fermentation is complete.

Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, blend the juices from the different grape varieties to create a balanced flavor profile. The blend should consist of 40% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay, and 20% Pinot Blanc.

Blending

Bottling the blended wine with a small amount of sugar and yeast for secondary fermentation. Seal the bottles with crowns and store them horizontally in a cool, dark place for 6-12 months.

Secondary Fermentation

After aging, slowly rotate the bottles to collect sediment in the neck of the bottle over several weeks.

Riddling

Remove the sediment by freezing the neck of the bottle and then quickly uncapping it to release the pressure. Top off the bottle with a mixture of wine and sugar for sweetness.

Disgorging

Cork the bottles and label them appropriately. Allow the champagne to age for an additional few months before serving.
