Prepare the Infused Vodka
If you haven't prepared the pepper-infused vodka, combine 2 cups of vodka with a variety of peppercorns in a jar. Seal and let infuse for at least 24 hours before using.
Mix the Drink
In a shaker, combine the pepper-infused vodka and Bloody Mary mix. Add celery salt and hot sauce to taste. Shake well to mix all ingredients.
Serve
Pour the Bloody Mary mixture into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with the cheese cubes, sliced sausage, pickles, mushrooms, and lemon wedges. Enjoy!
