Strawberry Shake

Begin by harvesting Chardonnay grapes. Wash them thoroughly and crush the grapes to release their juice into a fermentation vessel.

Add 300 ml of water and 50 grams of sugar to the crushed grapes to balance the sweetness and acidity.

Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of yeast over the mixture and stir gently to combine. Cover the vessel with a cloth to allow fermentation to begin.

Inoculating Yeast

After fermentation begins (usually within a few days), split the vanilla bean and add it along with the oak chips and lemon zest to the mixture. This will enhance the flavor profile of the wine.

Adding Flavor Enhancements

Allow the mixture to ferment for 2-3 weeks, stirring occasionally. Monitor the fermentation process until the bubbles begin to slow down.

Fermentation Period

Once fermentation is complete, strain the liquid through a fine mesh to remove solids. Transfer the strained liquid into clean bottles and seal them.
