Fruit & Base
Prepare fruit
Peel the banana and break it into 2โ3 pieces. If using fresh mango or strawberries instead of frozen, peel and dice the mango and hull the strawberries; add 1 cup ice to the blender to achieve a chilled, thick texture.
Combine in blender
Add the banana, frozen mango chunks, frozen strawberries, pineapple juice, and coconut cream to a high-speed blender. Pour the pineapple juice in first to help the blades engage more easily.
Optional Add-ins & Garnish
Sweeten and brighten
Add the lime juice and honey or agave if you prefer a brighter or sweeter flavor. These are optional โ taste after blending and adjust.
Blend
Secure the blender lid and blend on high for 45โ60 seconds, or until completely smooth and creamy. Stop and scrape down the sides once halfway through to ensure even blending. If the smoothie is too thick, add pineapple juice 2 tablespoons at a time until desired consistency is reached. If too thin, add a few more frozen mango pieces or 1/4 cup ice and re-blend.
Serve
Pour the smoothie into two tall glasses. Garnish each with a toasted coconut sprinkle and a pineapple wedge on the rim. Serve immediately with a straw.
