OLD FASHIONED

Slice the vanilla bean lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Combine the seeds and the scraped bean with the Chardonnay wine in a small saucepan.

Prepare the Vanilla Infusion

Gently heat the mixture over low heat, allowing the vanilla to infuse into the Chardonnay for about 10-15 minutes. Do not let it boil.

Heat the Mixture

Remove the saucepan from heat and let the wine cool completely. Once cooled, strain out the vanilla bean pieces.

Cool the Wine

In a large pitcher, combine the cooled Chardonnay infused with vanilla, tangerine zest, and mineral water. Stir gently to mix.

Combine the Ingredients

Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the mixture over the ice, and garnish with additional tangerine slices if desired. Enjoy your fresh and clean white drink!
