OLD FASHIONED

Gather all ingredients for the Sparkling cocktail. Ensure the Prosecco is chilled.

Prepare Ingredients

In a large mixing glass or pitcher, combine the fresh lemon juice and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.

Mix Ingredients

Add the fresh berries to the mixing glass. Muddle gently with a muddler or the back of a spoon to release their juices, but do not completely crush them.

Slowly pour the chilled Prosecco into the mixing glass with the muddled berry mixture, stirring gently to combine without losing the bubbles.

Pour the mixture into champagne flutes or coupe glasses. Garnish each glass with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.
