1

Chill bottle (optional)

Place the 16.9oz San Pellegrino bottle in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving, or 30–60 minutes in an ice bucket, until well chilled (around 6–8°C / 43–46°F). Chilling is optional but enhances carbonation and refreshment.

2

Select a clean highball or Collins glass (or serve directly from the bottle for casual service). If using a glass, add 4–6 ice cubes to the glass. Note: adding ice will dilute the water slightly as it melts.

3

Open the chilled San Pellegrino bottle carefully by twisting the cap. Pour the sparkling water slowly down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation. If serving directly from the bottle, open and serve without pouring.

4

If desired, garnish with a lemon wedge on the rim and a fresh mint sprig placed in the glass. Gently stir once with a teaspoon to combine garnish flavors — do not over-stir to avoid losing effervescence.

5

Serve immediately while the water is cold and fizzy.
