Method

Weigh and prepare concentrate
Put on gloves. Use the precision scale to weigh out 3.5 g of Kaluga Gold concentrate. Transfer the measured concentrate into the clean glass dropper vial or small amber bottle. Work on a clean, flat surface and ensure no cross-contamination.
Carrier / Dilution (optional, for gentle consumption)
Combine carrier liquids
Using the syringe or pipette, add 5 ml vegetable glycerin and 5 ml propylene glycol (PG) into the vial containing the 3.5 g Kaluga Gold. These carriers help thin and homogenize the concentrate for easier dosing and smoother sensation. If you prefer using only one carrier, use a total of 10 ml of your chosen carrier.
Mix thoroughly
Insert the glass stirring rod and gently but thoroughly mix the concentrate and carriers until the mixture is uniform. This may take 30–60 seconds depending on viscosity. If the concentrate does not fully blend, cap the vial and gently invert and roll between your palms for 1–2 minutes to assist homogenization.

Add flavor and sweetener
If desired, add 1 tsp lemon extract (food-grade) and up to 2 drops of liquid stevia to the vial. These are optional: lemon adds brightness and stevia adds subtle sweetness. Stir gently to incorporate. Taste small test dose only if appropriate and safe for the product; otherwise omit flavor additives.

Transfer and label
After mixing, cap the vial tightly. Label with product name, weight (3.5 g), date prepared, and any dilution ratio. Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat. Use within a recommended timeframe based on the concentrate manufacturer's guidance.
Dosing and use
Use the dropper or syringe to measure doses. Begin with a very small test amount according to your tolerance and the concentrate's potency. Because potency can vary, start low and wait appropriate time before increasing dose. Dispose of any unused mixture according to local regulations and the manufacturer's instructions for the concentrate and carriers.
Cleaning
Clean tools and surfaces after preparation. Safely dispose of gloves. If using essential oils or concentrated flavoring, avoid skin contact and keep out of reach of children and pets.
