1

Chill glass

Place a 12.5 oz glass in the refrigerator or freezer for 5–10 minutes to chill, if desired.

2

Add 4 ice cubes to the chilled 12.5 oz glass.

3

Pour in 2.5 fl oz strawberry-flavored syrup (or Jarritos Strawberry concentrate). If using a ready-made Jarritos bottle, simply pour the entire 12.5 oz bottle into the glass and skip the remaining assembly steps.

4

Add 0.25 oz (about 1/2 teaspoon) fresh lime juice to brighten the flavor. This is optional but recommended to cut sweetness.

5

Slowly pour 10 fl oz chilled carbonated water over the syrup and ice to preserve fizz. Pour gently down the side of the glass.

6

Give the drink 2–3 gentle stirs with a bar spoon or straw to lightly combine syrup and soda, being careful not to over-stir and flatten carbonation.

7

Garnish with 1 lime wedge on the rim and serve immediately.
