Fit Turkey Wrap

Place a coupe or small wine glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes, or fill it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail to ensure it is nicely chilled.

Chill glass

Add the white rum, dry vermouth, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, elderflower liqueur, white crème de cacao, and ice to a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker about two-thirds full with ice.

Build and shake

Secure the shaker and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and the ingredients are well chilled and slightly diluted.

Shake

Discard the ice or water from the chilled glass. Double-strain the shaken mixture into the chilled coupe or wine glass using a Hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer to remove any small ice shards.

Strain

Gently float or pour the chilled dry sparkling wine on top (about 2 oz). Pour slowly so the bubbles integrate without overflow and preserve a light effervescence.

Top with sparkling wine

Express a lemon twist over the drink (pinch the peel to release oils) and drop it into the glass. Optionally add an edible flower or a few microgreens for visual appeal. Serve immediately while effervescent and cold.
