Wash the red berries thoroughly under cold water and slice them if necessary. Set aside.

Gently rinse the rose petals in cold water to remove any impurities. Pat them dry with a clean towel.

In a saucepan, combine 4 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Once the syrup is boiling, add the rose petals and remove from heat. Let the mixture steep for about 30 minutes.

After steeping, strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve into a clean container to remove the rose petals.

Add the prepared red berries and lemon juice to the strained syrup. Stir gently to combine.

Add 1 teaspoon of rose water to the mixture and stir to incorporate the flavors.

Refrigerate the mixture for at least 2 hours. Serve chilled in glasses, garnished with fresh mint leaves and edible rose petals.
