Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Select ripe Pinot Noir grapes, ensuring they are plump and juicy. Hand-pick them to maintain quality.

Harvesting Grapes

Crush the grapes in a clean fermentation vessel to release the juice. Ensure you include the skins for color and tannin.

Add 500 ml of water to the crushed grape mixture to help with fermentation.

Adding Water

In a separate bowl, mix 100 grams of sugar, 5 grams of yeast, and 1 gram of tannin. Stir until well combined.

Mixing Ingredients

Pour the yeast mixture into the grape and water mixture. Cover the fermentation vessel with a clean cloth and let it ferment in a cool, dark place for 7-14 days, stirring daily.

Fermentation

After fermentation, press the mixture to separate the liquid wine from the solids. Collect the juice in a clean container.

Pressing Wine

Add 10 ml each of black cherry and raspberry extracts to the pressed wine. Scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean and add them to the mixture as well.

Adding Flavoring

Stir the wine gently to incorporate the flavoring ingredients without introducing air.

Stirring

Bottle the flavored wine into sterilized bottles, sealing them tightly. Store in a cool, dark place.

Bottling

Allow the wine to age for at least 6 months before tasting for the best flavor development.
