Preparation of Fillings
1. Grill Chicken
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Let it rest for 5 minutes and then slice into strips.
2. Prepare Vegetables
Wash and slice the bell peppers, cucumber, and avocado. Grate the carrots if not pre-grated. Set all the vegetables aside.
3. Prepare Cheese
Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces and set aside.
Assembling the Wraps
4. Spread the Base
Take one tortilla and spread a generous layer of hummus across the center.
5. Add Fillings
Layer grilled chicken, sliced bell peppers, cucumber, shredded carrots, avocado, mixed greens, and crumbled feta cheese on top of the hummus.
6. Drizzle Dressing
Drizzle your chosen dressing (Ranch or Balsamic Vinaigrette) over the fillings.
7. Roll the Wrap
