For a single 100 ml tasting glass, measure 60 ml of Grenache, 25 ml of Cinsault and 15 ml of Syrah. Use a jigger or measuring cup for accuracy to reproduce the house-style ratio (60:25:15).

Measure

Pour the measured Grenache into the chilled glass first, then add the Cinsault, and finally the Syrah. Pour gently to preserve delicate aromatics and maintain clarity in the rosé color.

Combine

Briefly taste the blend. If you prefer a fruitier, softer rosé, add an extra 5–10 ml Grenache. If you want a more floral nose, add 5 ml Cinsault. For more structure or peppery note, add 5 ml Syrah. Keep proportions balanced; small adjustments will change the wine character.

Taste & Adjust (optional)

Optionally add 1–3 ice cubes to a short glass for immediate refreshment (not recommended for fine tasting). Garnish with a thin lemon peel twist or a small slice placed on the rim for a clean citrus accent. Serve immediately in a chilled wine glass.

Finish & Garnish

If you have leftover opened bottle(s), re-cork and refrigerate. Consume rosé within 2–3 days for best freshness. For a pre-blended bottle, store upright in fridge and finish within 3–5 days depending on exposure to air.
