Grilling Tuna

Prepare the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Season the Tuna

Rub the tuna steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

Grill the Tuna

Place the seasoned tuna steak on the grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until cooked to your preference.

Remove from Grill

Once cooked, remove the tuna steak from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

Preparing the Salad

Grill the Pineapple

Slice the pineapple into rings and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until caramelized and slightly charred.

In a large bowl, combine mixed salad greens, grilled pineapple, grape tomatoes, and toasted sunflower seeds.

Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese and fresh mint leaves over the salad.

In a small bowl, whisk together mango puree, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
