Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Crust

In a bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Bass Fillets

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the bass fillets dry with a paper towel. Drizzle lemon juice over the fillets and season with salt and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Coat the Fillets

Place the seasoned bass fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Press the breadcrumb mixture evenly onto the top of each fillet, ensuring a good coating.

  4. 4

    Bake the Bass

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  5. 5

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let sit for a couple of minutes before serving. Pair with seasonal sides of your choice.
