Directions
- 1
Prepare the House Infused Vodka
If you haven't prepared your house infused vodka yet, start by infusing your vodka with fresh vegetables such as jalapeños, cucumbers, or herbs. Combine your choice of vegetables with vodka in a glass jar, seal, and let it sit in a cool, dark place for 3-5 days, shaking occasionally.
- 2
Mix the Ingredients
In a large pitcher, combine 2 cups of the house infused vodka and 1 cup of Zing Zang Mix. Stir well to combine.
- 3
Add Flavorings
Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce, 4 dashes of hot sauce, 1 teaspoon of celery salt, and 1 teaspoon of black pepper to the mixture. Stir until everything is well incorporated.
- 4
Chill
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the drink to chill.
- 5
Prepare the Garnishes
While the mixture is chilling, prepare your garnishes. Cut a lemon into wedges, wash the celery stalk, and prepare the pickle spears and cherry tomatoes.
- 6
Serve
Fill glasses with ice, pour the chilled Bloody Mary mixture over the ice, and garnish each glass with a celery stalk, a lemon wedge, pickle spears, and cherry tomatoes. Serve immediately.
