Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Watermelon
Cut the fresh watermelon into small cubes and blend until smooth to create watermelon juice. Strain through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Dolin Blanc vermouth, ISCO Patina gin, fresh watermelon juice, lime juice, and mint leaves.
Shake and Serve
Add ice cubes to the shaker, then shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a mint leaf or a small watermelon slice if desired.
