Refrigerate the bottle of Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio for at least 2 hours before serving to reach an ideal temperature of 8–10°C (46–50°F). If you need to chill quickly, place the bottle in an ice bucket filled with 3 cups of ice and 1 liter of cold water for 20–30 minutes.

Prepare apple slices: Wash and core one apple, then cut into very thin slices or fans. Place one or two slices on the rim or floating briefly in the glass for a visual nod to the wine's golden apple aftertaste (do not leave fruit in the wine for long to avoid altering flavor).

Serve light snacks: Arrange mild soft cheese and light crackers or plain bread on a small plate. Offer alongside the wine to complement the dry profile without overpowering the delicate aromas.
