Chicken Teriyaki

Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes to infuse the flavors.

Slice and Garnish
Once cooked, slice the chicken into strips and garnish with sliced green onions.
Tempura

Prepare the Tempura Batter
In a bowl, mix the tempura batter mix with ice-cold water until just combined; do not overmix.

Heat the Oil
In a deep pot, heat the oil to 180°C (350°F) for frying.

Fry the Shrimp and Vegetables
Dip the shrimp and assorted vegetables into the tempura batter, then carefully place them into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.

Drain and Serve
Remove the tempura from the oil and drain on paper towels. Serve immediately.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle with sesame dressing and toss gently to combine. Serve chilled.
Rice

Rinse the Rice
Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear to remove excess starch.

Prepare the Broth
In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add miso paste and stir until dissolved.

Add Tofu and Green Onions
Add cubed tofu and sliced green onions to the broth. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Serve the miso soup hot in bowls as a side dish.
