Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Rib Rub

In a bowl, mix together the smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

2

Season the Ribs

Rub the spice mixture generously over the pork ribs. Make sure to cover all sides. Let the ribs marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight in the refrigerator for best results.

3

Prepare the Smoker

Soak the wood chips in water for about 30 minutes. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).

4

Smoke the Ribs

Place the ribs in the smoker bone-side down. Add the soaked wood chips to the smoker box. Smoke the ribs for about 4-5 hours, or until the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone.

5

Apply Barbecue Sauce

During the last 30 minutes of smoking, brush the ribs with barbecue sauce to create a glaze.

6

Rest and Serve

Remove the ribs from the smoker and let them rest for about 10-15 minutes before slicing. Serve with additional barbecue sauce on the side.
