Directions

1

Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Toss the wings in the mixture until fully coated.

2

Bake the Wings

Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.

3

Make the Sauce

While the wings are baking, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the hot sauce and honey, stirring to combine. Allow the sauce to simmer for about 5 minutes.

4

Toss the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss until they are thoroughly coated.

5

Garnish and Serve

Garnish the wings with chopped green onions and serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
