1

Prepare glass

Chill a highball or tiki glass by filling it with ice and setting aside while you mix the drink, or place it in the freezer for a few minutes.

2

Combine ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz RumHaven, 3 oz pineapple juice, 1 oz fresh orange juice, 0.75 oz coconut cream, and 0.25 oz fresh lime juice. If you prefer a sweeter cocktail, add 0.25 oz simple syrup. Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters if you want a bit more complexity.

3

Shake

Fill the shaker with ice, secure the lid, and shake vigorously for about 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and well chilled. This both chills and slightly dilutes the coconut cream for a smooth texture.

4

Prepare serving glass

Discard the chilling ice from your glass. Fill the glass with fresh crushed ice to the top.

5

Strain and serve

Double-strain the shaken mixture over the crushed ice into the prepared glass to remove any large ice shards and small solids from the coconut cream for a silky finish.

6

Garnish and finish

Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail pick. Optionally, add a short straw. Serve immediately.
