Iced Tea Base

Finish & Garnish

Method

Iced Tea Base

1

Brew concentrated tea

Bring 1 cup hot water just off boil. Add 4 black tea bags and steep 4–5 minutes for a strong brew. Remove tea bags, squeezing gently to extract flavor.

2

While tea is still warm, stir in 3 tablespoons granulated sugar until fully dissolved. Add 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, stir, and let the tea cool to room temperature (15–20 minutes) or transfer to refrigerator to chill further.

Cocktail Mix

3

Combine alcohol and juices

In a large pitcher (1.5–2 quart), pour 12 oz vodka, 4 oz peach schnapps, 2 oz orange liqueur, and 1 cup fresh orange juice. Stir gently to combine.

4

Once the brewed tea is cooled, add it to the pitcher and stir thoroughly to marry flavors. Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity: add up to 1–2 tablespoons simple syrup or sugar if you prefer sweeter, or a splash more lemon juice for brightness.

Finish & Serve

5

Chill and serve over ice

Add 6 cups of ice to the pitcher or fill individual glasses with ice. Pour the Suncruisers Vodka Iced Tea into glasses over ice. Garnish each glass with a lemon slice, an orange slice, and a mint sprig.

6

Serve immediately. If making ahead, keep chilled in the refrigerator (covered) for up to 24 hours, then stir and add fresh ice and garnishes just before serving.
