12 fl oz Coke Zero (chilled)1 cup Ice cubes1 each Lime wedge (optional)

Method

Prepare glass

Chill glass (optional)

Place a serving glass in the freezer for 10–15 minutes before serving if you prefer an extra-cold drink.

Add about 1 cup of ice cubes to the chilled or room-temperature serving glass.

Pour and finish

Open a 12 fl oz can or bottle of chilled Coke Zero. Tilt the glass to about 45 degrees and slowly pour the Coke Zero down the side of the glass to preserve carbonation and minimize foaming.

Leave a little headspace to avoid overflow. If desired, squeeze a lime wedge lightly over the drink and drop it in for a subtle citrus note.

Garnish with a mint sprig or a lemon/lime slice if using. Serve immediately with a straw or stirred gently once to combine flavors.
