Blue Lobster Cocktail

2 oz Stoli Vodka (or neutral vodka)1 oz Blue Curaçao liqueur4 oz Sprite (or lemon-lime soda)1/2 oz Fresh lime juice1 cup Ice1 to taste Lime wheel or wedge (garnish)1 to taste Maraschino cherry (optional garnish)

Method

Blue Lobster Cocktail

Prepare glass

Select a highball or Collins glass (12–14 oz). Fill the glass about three-quarters full with ice (approximately 1 cup) to chill the glass and keep the drink cold.

Build the drink

In the chilled glass over ice, pour 2 oz vodka followed by 1 oz Blue Curaçao. Add 0.5 oz fresh lime juice.

Top with soda

Gently top the mixture with 4 oz Sprite (or lemon-lime soda). Stir very lightly once with a bar spoon (1–2 gentle turns) to combine without losing too much carbonation or disturbing the blue layering too much.

Garnish and serve

Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim and optionally drop a maraschino cherry into the drink for a pop of color. Serve immediately with a straw.
