South Eastern Australia. A soft and fruit-driven Chardonnay, with good balance and length, packed with stone fruit and melon flavours.

Place the bottle in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving to reach a recommended serving temperature of 10–12°C (50–54°F). If short on time, place the bottle in an ice bucket with equal parts ice and water for 20–30 minutes.

Chill the bottle

Use a clean white wine or stemmed glass. If desired, briefly rinse the glass with chilled water and drain to slightly lower the glass temperature — dry only if you prefer no residual water droplets.

Prepare glassware

Remove foil capsule with a foil cutter or small knife. Center the corkscrew on the cork and insert straight down. Twist the screw until one spiral loop remains above the cork, then pull gently and steadily to extract the cork. Wipe the bottle rim with a clean napkin.

Open the bottle

Pour about 120–150 ml (4–5 oz) per glass, filling to the widest part of the bowl to allow aromas to collect. If serving multiple guests, pour sequentially so the first glass can aerate briefly while others are poured.

If the wine is warmer than desired, add 1–2 ice cubes to the glass or stir in up to 25–50 ml of chilled water to lower temperature slightly without overly diluting flavour. This is a personal preference and not traditional.

Optional slight dilution or chill adjustment

For a visual accent, rest a thin lemon slice or a small melon wedge on the rim or float on top briefly. Do not leave fruit in the glass for long as it will alter taste quickly.

Garnish (optional)

Swirl gently to release aromas: expect stone fruit (peach, nectarine) and melon notes, soft oak or creamy texture if present, and a balanced acid finish. Sip slowly to appreciate length and fruit-driven profile. Re-cork remaining wine and refrigerate; consume within 3–5 days for best quality.

Taste and enjoy

Reseal with original cork or a wine stopper and refrigerate upright. The wine will keep 3–5 days; note slight oxidation will soften aroma and flavor over time.
