Chill the bottle: Place the bottle of Pinot Grigio Blush in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or in an ice bucket for 20–30 minutes before serving. Rosé is best served well chilled (about 45–50°F / 7–10°C).

If serving the whole bottle as a table wine, simply open, pour and enjoy chilled. For a lightly opened, more aromatic presentation (recommended for this delicate, fragrant rosé), proceed with the pitcher method below.

Rinse raspberries and strawberries gently under cool water. Pat dry. If using larger strawberries, slice into thin rounds or quarters so their aroma and flavor release into the wine.

Prepare fruit

Fill a medium pitcher halfway with ice (about 1–2 cups) if you plan to keep the mixture chilled while serving. Add the prepared raspberries and sliced strawberries to the pitcher.

Pour the chilled bottle (750 ml) of Pinot Grigio Blush into the pitcher over the fruit. If you prefer a slightly lighter body and more aromatic lift, add 60 ml cold water to open the wine (optional). Stir gently once to combine — avoid vigorous agitation which can bruise delicate fruit and flatten the wine.

Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator or on a bed of ice for 5–10 minutes to allow fruit aromas to infuse the wine lightly. Do not steep longer than 15 minutes to preserve the wine’s crispness and avoid extracting bitterness from fruit seeds.

Prepare glasses: Use chilled white wine glasses or stemless wine glasses. If desired, place a fresh mint sprig and 1–2 raspberries in each glass before pouring.

Remove ice from the pitcher or strain slightly when pouring to avoid watering down the wine. Pour 120–150 ml (4–5 oz) wine per glass, ensuring each pour gets a piece of fruit if using the pitcher infusion method.

Garnish each glass with a mint sprig and 1 raspberry or a thin strawberry slice on the rim. Serve immediately while cold and aromatic.

Leftover wine: Reseal the bottle or cover the pitcher and refrigerate. Consume within 2–3 days for best flavor. If fruit has been infused, strain before storing to slow further infusion.
