Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Rice Noodles

Soak the rice noodles in warm water for about 30 minutes until they are soft. Drain and set aside.

2

Prepare the Tofu

Drain the tofu and press it to remove excess moisture. Cut into small cubes.

3

Heat the Oil

In a large pan or wok, heat the peanut oil over medium-high heat.

4

Stir-fry Tofu

Add the cubed tofu to the pan and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Remove the tofu and set aside.

5

Cook Garlic

In the same pan, add minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

6

Add Eggs

Push the garlic to the side and crack the eggs into the pan. Scramble them until fully cooked.

7

Combine Ingredients

Add the soaked rice noodles to the pan, along with the cooked tofu, bean sprouts, and green onions. Toss everything together.

8

Add Sauce

Pour in the Pad Thai sauce (store-bought or homemade) and mix well to coat all ingredients. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

9

Serve

Serve hot, garnished with crushed peanuts and additional green onions on top.
