Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Select ripe Riesling grapes and harvest them carefully to avoid bruising.

Crush the grapes gently and press them to extract the juice.

Transfer the juice to a fermentation vessel, add wine yeast, and allow to ferment at a controlled temperature for 2-4 weeks.

Check the fermentation process regularly, ensuring that the temperature remains stable and the fermentation progresses.

Once fermentation is complete, add sulfites to preserve the wine and prevent unwanted bacteria.

Filter the wine to remove any sediment and clarify the liquid.

Bottle the wine and seal it. Allow it to age in the bottle for several months before consuming.

Recommended for a cocktail party in our bar/lounge area. Host chooses small plates to be set out for guests to enjoy.
