Café Mocha Ingredients

1 shot Espresso1 cup Valrhona chocolate milk2 tablespoons Whipped cream1 teaspoon Cocoa powder (for garnish)

Prepare the Espresso

Brew a single shot of espresso using an espresso machine.

Heat the Chocolate Milk

In a small saucepan, heat the Valrhona chocolate milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling.

Combine Espresso and Chocolate Milk

In a large mug, pour the hot chocolate milk and then add the brewed espresso. Stir gently to combine.

Top with Whipped Cream

Spoon the whipped cream on top of the mocha mixture.

Garnish

Sprinkle cocoa powder over the whipped cream for garnish.
