Baked Roll Ingredients
Method
Baked Roll Directions
Prepare the Filling
In a medium bowl, combine the chopped shrimp, shredded crab meat, and yummy crab sauce. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.
Assemble the Roll
On a clean surface, lay out a sheet of soy paper. Place a portion of the shrimp and crab mixture in the center, then add a few slices of avocado and a sprinkle of masago on top.
Roll It Up
Carefully roll the soy paper away from you, tucking in the filling tightly as you go. Use a little water to seal the edges of the roll.
Prepare for Baking
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the rolled sushi on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle tempura crumbs on top for added crunch.
Bake the Roll
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the tempura crumbs are golden brown and crispy.
Serve
Remove from the oven, drizzle with sweet sauce, and garnish with sesame seeds. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve warm.
