Method
Kale Verde Smoothie
Chocolate Luv Smoothie
Blend on high until smooth and creamy, 30–60 seconds. Pause to scrape the sides if needed. Add a splash more milk for a looser consistency.
Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa level. Serve immediately, optionally topped with a dusting of cocoa or a few chopped nuts.
Pineapple Orange Smoothie
Measure pineapple, orange juice, yogurt, optional mango, lime juice and honey. If using fresh pineapple and you want a colder smoothie, add ice.
Place pineapple, orange juice, yogurt, mango (if using), lime juice and honey into the blender. Add ice if desired.
Blend until smooth, about 30–45 seconds. If mixture is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of orange juice and blend again.
Pour into a chilled glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge or orange slice if desired.
Peach Raspberry Smoothie
If using fresh peaches, pit and slice them; if frozen, measure directly. Measure raspberries, yogurt, and juice.
Blend on high until smooth, 30–50 seconds. If seeds from raspberries make texture too grainy, strain quickly through a fine-mesh sieve or blend longer with extra liquid.
Serve immediately with a few whole raspberries on top if desired.
Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Berry Bliss Smoothie
Measure mixed berries, yogurt, oat milk or water, chia seeds and sweetener. If berries are fresh, add ice for chill.
Combine berries, yogurt, oat milk, chia seeds and honey in the blender.
Blend on high until smooth, 30–60 seconds. Allow to sit 1–2 minutes if using chia so they swell slightly and thicken the smoothie, then stir or blend briefly again.
Taste and adjust sweetness. Serve immediately.
