Perrier Bottle

Optional Garnish

Method

Perrier Bottle

1

Chill bottle

Ensure the 330 ml Perrier bottle is well chilled (ideally 4–8°C). Refrigerate for several hours or ice-chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.

2

Optional: If a customer prefers ice, prepare ice in the serving glass first (see Serving Tools section).

3

Open the bottle gently by twisting the cap; avoid shaking to preserve carbonation.

4

Pour the Perrier into the glass slowly at an angle if serving in a glass, to minimize foaming and preserve effervescence. If serving in the bottle, simply present the opened bottle.

Optional Garnish

5

If using a lime wedge or lemon wheel, run the wedge around the glass rim and drop it into the glass or place it on the rim as a garnish.

6

If ice was requested, use tongs or a spoon to add 3–4 ice cubes to the glass before pouring the Perrier.

Serving Tools

7

Place the glass on a napkin or coaster. Serve immediately to preserve carbonation. Provide a straw or stirrer on request.
