Fiji Beverage Base

Method

Fiji Beverage Base

1

Combine liquids

In a clean measuring pitcher or shaker, pour 400 ml filtered still water, 50 ml unsweetened coconut water, 30 ml pineapple juice and 10 ml freshly squeezed lime juice.

2

Sweeten

Add 10 ml simple syrup (adjust up to 15 ml if you prefer sweeter). Stir or gently roll the pitcher to combine—do not vigorously shake (want clarity and a smooth texture).

3

Taste and adjust

Taste the mix and adjust balance: add another 5–10 ml simple syrup if too tart, or 5–10 ml lime juice if it needs brightness. If coconut presence is weak, increase coconut water by 10 ml.

Finish & Garnish

4

Prepare glass

Fill a 500 ml serving glass (or similar) about three-quarters full with cracked ice (approximately 0.5 cups).

5

Pour

Gently pour the prepared Fiji beverage base over the ice, aiming to fill the glass to about 500 ml total volume. Pour slowly to preserve gentle layering of flavors.

6

Garnish and serve

Thread a pineapple wedge and lime wheel on the rim or place them on top of the ice. Add a mini edible orchid or a mint sprig if using. Serve immediately with a straw.
