Cold Fountain Coke (single serving)
Coke Float (single serving)
Diet Coke with Lime (single serving)
Coke Mocktail — Cherry Vanilla Sparkler (single serving)
Method
Cold Fountain Coke (single serving)
Pour 12 oz of chilled Coca‑Cola slowly over the ice to minimize foaming. Leave a small headspace (about 1/2 inch) at the top.
Coke Float (single serving)
Assemble float
Place 2 scoops of good quality vanilla ice cream into a large chilled glass or parfait dish. Use slightly rounded scoops so they sit comfortably.
Slowly pour 8 oz of chilled Coca‑Cola over the ice cream. Pour in stages — a small pour, allow foam to settle, then top up — to control overflow.
Top with 1 tablespoon whipped cream if desired and garnish with a maraschino cherry. Serve with a long spoon and straw.
Diet Coke with Lime (single serving)
Fill a highball glass with 1 cup of ice cubes. Pour 12 oz of chilled Diet Coke over the ice.
Squeeze one fresh lime wedge over the drink to release juice and oils, then drop the wedge into the glass. Stir gently once and serve immediately.
Coke Mocktail — Cherry Vanilla Sparkler (single serving)
Mix and serve
In a chilled Collins glass, add 0.5 tablespoon cherry syrup and 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract over 3/4 cup crushed ice.
Slowly pour 8 oz of chilled Coca‑Cola into the glass, stirring gently once to combine the syrup and vanilla without flattening the fizz.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry. Serve with a straw.
