Toppings

Method

Assemble Chirashi Zushi

1

Prepare the Toppings

Slice the sashimi grade salmon and tuna into thin pieces. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and slice it into thin wedges. Julienne the cucumber into thin strips.

2

Assemble the Bowl

In each serving bowl, place a generous scoop of the seasoned sushi rice as the base. Arrange the sliced salmon, tuna, avocado, and cucumber artfully on top of the rice.

3

Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle pickled ginger, torn nori sheets, and sesame seeds over the assembled bowls. Serve with soy sauce on the side for dipping.
