    Prepare the Ingredients

    Dice the fresh Apple Hill apples and set them aside.

    Mix the Cocktail

    In a shaker, combine the Rod & Hammer Bourbon, Lemorton Calvados, diced apples, ground cinnamon, and Angostura bitters.

    Shake it Up

    Add ice cubes to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

    Strain and Serve

    Strain the mixture into a chilled glass. Optionally, garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a slice of apple.
