Place the mug in the freezer for at least 30 minutes before serving to ensure it is frosty.

Using an ice cream scoop, portion out one scoop of vanilla ice cream and set aside.

Pour the Root Beer

Once the mug is frozen, pour 1 cup of Barq's Root Beer into the mug, allowing some space for the ice cream.

Carefully add the scoop of vanilla ice cream into the mug filled with Root Beer. The ice cream will float on top.
